My superior king room was spacious. The hotel offered a prayer mat plus quran in the room. This was thoughtful. The staff allowed me a late checkout without any charge. Breakfast was also SUPER.
The bathroom door needs better design.

I enjoyed pastries and a cappuccino in the lounge. Grantony was very kind. shopping and dining were close to the hotel, very convenient. the lobby offered a relaxing atmosphere. the hotel prices are reasonable and the staff helps with late check-out requests.
the fridge in my room was warm and did not cool things properly.

the rooms included comfortable beds. fitness facilities are available, including a swimming pool, so i maintained my exercise. i appreciate the clean, well-kept spaces.

The hotel staff was quick to respond to requests, despite many rooms in the large hotel. the staff was also very clean in every area. i received great service in the restaurant from ishankar, a waiter. I felt very pleased.

The restaurant manager, najmi, alongside nandar and moksud, showcased true professionalism and warm hospitality. I found their service really good. the sushi buffet impressed me with its freshness and great varieties. Every piece was a delight! i thoroughly enjoyed the variety and quality they presented, it enhanced my overall experience.

The check-in was smooth (i arrived late at night), and i really appreciated the efficient process. the breakfast was great, especially the variety of choices. the dining room staff were very friendly and helpful. the chef was very good. I liked the food's high quality.
the gym had a dead cockroach on the floor . i expected higher standards of cleanliness in such a facility. it was disappointing, as this affected my impression.

The breakfast options were limited. The same items were offered EVERY day. I found it monotonous. The room curtains had a strange odor when moved. I think a hotel SHOULD offer more amenities in the room, such as coffee machines and bath robes.
